For conditioning your skin
- Honey contains a lot of nutritive values and it does wonders for your skin. Just combine a spoonful of honey with two spoonfuls of cream. Leave it on your face for a few minutes. Relax and let the goodness of the honey-cream recipe seep into your pores. Rinse it off after a few minutes.
- I always say to my kids that carrots make your eyes sparkle. Well they also put a gleam on your skin. Why not grate a medium piece of carrot and boil it in unsalted water? After it cools down, massage this recipe concoction on your face with a gentle circular motion. Rinse it off. Voila! A beautiful, fantastically smooth skin! For moisturizing your skin
If you got normal skin, try this creamy blend of a cup of yoghurt, a tablespoon of orange juice (preferably unsweetened), and a spoonful of lemon juice.
Just combine these ingredients until it forms a paste. Apply to your face and leave it on for 15 – 20 minutes. Gently take it off mixture with a moist cloth.
For dry skin like mine, I use a mixture of boiled oatmeal and honey. I just apply it to my face and let it stay. After a few minutes, I wipe it off with a moist washcloth.
