Facial Blemishes - Fighting them the 'Milky Way'
Sun exposure, not to mention our daily dose of stress can leave us with
facial blemishes. You sometimes wonder, “What kind of beauty products do I need to buy to get rid if these unwanted spots?” Well, here's a quick tip -
milk. Yes,
milk not only does wonders for our health from within. It also makes one good,
gentle milk cleanser.
Milk has natural hydrating and moisturizing properties. It also contains essential proteins and amino acids that our skin needs in order to rebuild damaged collagen. It also has Vitamin A, a known anti-oxidant to nourish the skin, beta-hydroxyl acids, which serves as natural skin conditioners, and lactic acid – a kind of alpha-hydroxyl acid, which promotes skin renewal. Having said all that,
milk does wonders in exfoliating dead skin cells, allowing it to heal and renew itself, thereby leaving the skin smooth, soft and
blemish-free.
