There are foods that you can only have so much of. Instead of leaving them to rot or tossing them in the garbage, why don't you apply them on for beauty? You may be picky or in a diet, but your wrinkling, aging skin needs them.

 

Homemade Beauty Tips - Recycle, Conserve and Use for Treatment!

 

Some foods are ideal for treating wrinkles. If you have the right foods to zap those wrinkles, then you're in for one beauty treat.

  • Miracle Whip – Try adding a thin layer to your face for 10 minutes. Then, massage gently. Rinse with tap water and follow with your usual beauty routine. Doing this once daily should treat those wrinkles in 6-8 weeks.

  • Yogurt – Place 3 tablespoons into a small container add 1 teaspoon organic powdered kelp and stir well. Add 1 teaspoon honey and stir again until thoroughly mixed. After cleansing, lightly massage treatment all over face. Let it stay for 5-10 minutes before removing with a warm cloth.

  • Egg – Beat egg and spread gently all over face. Rinse with lukewarm water.

  • Sardines – This is a bit smelly even in the name of beauty but it's worth a try. Place 2 sardines under each eye for 10-15 minutes. They are said to reduce wrinkles and tighten skin.

  • Rice flour – Mash together ½ paw paw and 4 tablespoon rice flour. Add a few drops of orange oil and mix thoroughly. Lightly scrub all over face in circular movement. Leave on for 5-10 minutes only and moisturize with natural plant oil before rinsing.

You can try all the homemade wrinkle remedies available, but if you do not protect yourself from wrinkle-causing agents, they will never work.
