Homemade Facials - Nature's Way
Homemade facials can do wonders for your facial skin. These skin care home remedies are cheap and you can easily whip them up. Just open your cupboard or refrigerator and you're bound to find something to use on your face. If we could take off our skin and measure it, we may have more than 20 square feet of skin – really! I mean, we could make us a blanket with that. Our skin is like a wonderful piece of clothing – it's supple, elastic, malleable, sturdy, tough, impermeable, and it's able to fix itself. Considering all the abuse we heap upon it (exposing it to free-radicals, pollution, and putting it through rigorous chemical sand blastings!), our skin is pretty much forgiving, if you ask me. That's why we need to treat, indulge and pamper our skin. When you make your own homemade facial, make sure that all utensils like knives, containers, blenders, chopping boards, mixing spoons, are scrupulously clean. If possible, the utensils you use for making your homemade facial should be separate from your everyday kitchen utensils. A homemade facial remedy should only use the freshest, most natural ingredients. You can use eggs, mayonnaise, oatmeal, banana, avocado, papaya, lemon, etc. You may also want to include plant waters in your home made facials, which are made by gleaning and collecting together the liquids found in plants like flower petals, leaves, tree barks, herbs, roots – blending it with essential oils for your homemade facial recipe. Essential oils can be extracted from flowers, fruits, nuts, and seeds. All these ingredients in your homemade facial product, will work together to nourish, smoothen, detoxify, and revitalize your skin. See our reviews for more on [ homemade facials ] |
