Natural Body Lotions - Treat Your Skin
Natural Body Lotions
Natural body lotions are made with substances that are sourced from animal or plant sources. Learning how to make lotions that are natural usually contain one or more of the following ingredients: coco butter, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, pecan oil, apricot kernel oil, coconut oil, almond oil, cottonseed oil, and aloe. These ingredients go into making lotions that are gentle, safe and non-toxic.
Natural body lotion usually contains no glycols or fillers that can clog pores and cause irritation. Natural body lotion also contains no additives. Additives are ingredients such as colors, flavors, stabilizers or emulsifiers added in most commercial body lotion and other products to improve their appearance or prolong the product's shelf life.
