1 tbsp. almond oil

1 tbsp. olive oil

1 tsp. wheat germ oil

12 drops eucalyptus essential oil

To make this homemade lotion, combine the ingredients in a bottle and shake well. Rub this homemade lotion on to your feet paying special attention to your heels. Store this in a cool dry place.

Homemade lotion for fighting foot odor

1 cup apricot kernel oil

1 tsp. beeswax

1 tsp cocoa butter

1 tsp. coconut oil

1 cup water

1 tsp aloe vera gel

1 tsp glycerin

5 drops juniper essential oil

2 drops of peppermint essential oil

Melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil over low heat then let cool. Add the water, aloe vera gel and glycerin in a bowl. Slowly add small amounts of this mixture and beat with a wire whisk until all the oil is blended into the water. Add five drops of Juniper essential oil and 2 drops of peppermint oil and pour into a container. This homemade lotion helps with foot odor, is great for tired feet, and can also help reduce foot infections.
